Sante Hampres aims to dispatch all orders within 3 Business Days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, Sante Hampres is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER: A signature is required for all packages delivered through Express Method. This ensures your purchases are safely delivered to you. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, CARRIER will leave at the addressed door or leave a re-delivery slip.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES: Domestic orders are delivered by CARRIER from 9am-8pm, Monday to Saturday. Shipping your items on time is very important to us. For a variety of items, we calculate estimated delivery dates to help you find out when these items are expected to arrive. Please note that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Due to many factors, estimated delivery dates may change between the time you place the order and receive an order confirmation. We do our best to provide accurate estimates on all orders.

SHIPPING METHODS: Depending on the item(s) you purchase on santehampers.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Freight rates are calculated based on the shipping method chosen, the weight of the box, shipping location and the value of the total order. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

WHEN DO WE DELIVER: Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Saturday 9 am – 5:00 pm, excluding holidays within India. During the holiday season, we highly suggest that you place your order at least 5 days in advance to allow enough time for delivery. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS: Some items sold by Sante Hampres require special handling as specified by local and international regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. Therefore, the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible or delayed. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience.

IMPORTANT SHIPMENT INFORMATION: Sante Hampres allows you to use CARRIER express shipping methods for faster delivery. Please note that orders requesting expedited shipping are exempt from our free shipping offer and a signature may be required upon delivery, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address.

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES: Rates are based on shipping a single item. Additional carriage charges and special handling fees may be incurred on items that are exceedingly oversized, as well as remote location delivery and high-value orders. This includes express orders that require additional packaging and/or the larger box(es). These additional fees will be added to your order in addition to quoted shipping fees without prior notice and delivery times will vary.
